Course Details

​Let’s dive together into the essentials of personal finance to take control of your financial future. Designed for adults with little to no prior experience, this course emphasizes practical application. You'll create a personalised monthly budget, explore strategies for saving and managing debt, learn to track expenses effectively, and get introduced to the basics of investing. By the end of the course, you'll have actionable plans and tools to automate your finances and work towards your financial goals.

The course's location, the Westminster Quaker Meeting House is close to the Leicester Square tube station.

Teacher Profile

​Orfeas Antoniou is a Software Engineer based in London, with a background in coding and project management. He has experience in diverse environments, from large corporations to startups, research centres, and NGOs.

​In terms of personal finance, he’s taken a self-taught approach—mostly learning from books, and YouTube. His goal for this course is to share some of the practical tools and strategies he’s picked up along the way, and help you feel more confident managing your own finances.
